Terms & Conditions

By booking a taxi with Maharana Cabs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

  1. Booking Confirmation: No booking is considered confirmed unless advance payment is made.
  2. Parking and Toll Taxes: Passengers are responsible for paying parking fees and toll taxes during the ride.
  3. Full-Day Ride: A full day of service is counted as 8-9 hours only.
  4. Fixed Plans: Cars are provided on a fixed plan basis. Customers must specify the plan they choose before taking the vehicle.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    • Before 15 days of the tour: 30% cancellation charges.
    • Before 10 days of the tour: 50% cancellation charges.
    • Within 4 days of the tour: No refund.
    • Post-Booking Cancellation: If you cancel the booking after the specified time frame, Maharana Cabs reserves the right to retain the entire booking amount.
  6. Self-Driven Cars:
    • Self-driven cars have a daily limit of 150 km.
    • No fuel is provided for self-driven vehicles.
  7. Extra Destinations: Adding an extra destination to the planned route will incur additional charges.
  8. Udaipur Sightseeing:
    • The sightseeing tour duration in Udaipur is 8 hours. Any time beyond this will incur additional hourly charges.
  9. Entry Tickets: If customers visit locations that require extra entry fees for vehicles, they are responsible for paying the entry tickets.
  10. Multi-Day Luxury Car Bookings:
  • Luxury cars: Bookings for luxury cars cannot be cancelled. If a customer cancels, they must pay the full amount for the tour.
  • Multi-Day Tours: No advance will be refunded in case of cancellation of multi-day tours for luxury cars. If a multi-day tour is cancelled midway, the full amount of the tour must be paid.
  1. Goa Sightseeing:
  • Goa sightseeing is 9 hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After that, charges based on extra kilometers, extra hours, and night charges will apply.
  • If a customer spends more time at one location, they will lose time for the next destination. This is not the responsibility of Maharana Cabs.
  1. Cancellation during Multi-Day Tours: If any multi-day tour is cancelled during the course of the tour, the customer must pay the full amount. Maharana Cabs reserves the right to take legal action if payment is not made.
  2. Jurisdiction: All decisions and disputes related to bookings and services are subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur and Goa.
  3. Liability Disclaimer:
  • Maharana Cabs is a lead generation and marketing agency that works with local taxi vendors in various locations. We act as an intermediary to connect customers with local drivers and taxi vendors.
  • In case of any mishap, accident, or incident during the tour or taxi ride (such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, injuries, or theft), Maharana Cabs owner’s will not be held responsible in any way. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
